The tournament, which will hold for two weeks, is organized and partly sponsored by the Nigeria Tennis Federation.

However, more players are still going to come in, as the entry deadline for players for the first week of the event is 8th October, while the withdrawal deadline is 21st October.

15th October has been set as the entry deadline for players seeking to participate in the second week, with 28th October as withdrawal deadline. The entry fee for both weeks is $50.

Both the boys and girls categories have a main draw size of 32 and also a qualifying draw size of 32. Hospitality will be provided.

Players looking to compete at the event will require an International Player Identification Number (IPIN). For those without it, the process of obtaining one is outlined here.
