Rain again had its way at the Lagos Open on Saturday, washing out the entire day’s play and postponing the men’s and women’s singles quarter-final and semifinal matches as well as the doubles semifinal matches until Sunday.

The weather has tampered with the Lagos Open schedule this week. Notably, it delayed the men’s singles quarter-final matches from Friday to Saturday, condensing two days of matches into a day.

And then for Saturday, matches which were scheduled to start by 9:30am were moved to 12:00pm and then to 2:00pm, before play was finally called off.

Weather permitting, all matches will be played on Sunday, 13 October, with the finals set for Monday.
