Nigeria’s Abayomi Philips and Emmnauel Jebutu kept up their impressive form in the boys doubles of the J5 Stavanger in Norway, as they advanced to the semifinals today.

The young duo produced a spirited performance to claim a three set victory, rallying from a set down to prevail 3-6, 6-4, 10-7 over Britain’s Hugo Coquelin and Luca Pow.

Philips and Jebutu will be looking to add the J5 Stavanger doubles title to the J5 Abuja title they won two months ago in Abuja.

For a place in the final, they will take on the Ukrainian-Japanese pairing of Volodymyr lakubenko and Lennon Jones on Thursday.
