Main draw action at the NTF International Junior Championships begins on Tuesday at the National Tennis Centre in Abuja.

Nigerians, including Musa Mohammed and Canice Abua, both of whom came in via the qualifiers, headline Tuesday’s lineup in the capital city.

Musa Mohammed was in imperious form against Ojo Fredrick in the qualifiers on Monday, securing a 6-0, 6-0 victory. The youngster will look to maintain that intensity this week. Mohammed, who clinched the Zenith Bank Next Gen Masters title in June, opens his main draw account here against Peter John in the first match on Court 5.

Qualifier, Canice Abua takes on lucky loser, Gaddafi Yakubu, for a place in the second round. Abua emerged boys champion at the National Youth Games in Ilorin, in September and will aim for another memorable outing this week.
