Second seed, Oyinlomo Quadre advanced to the final in both the singles and doubles events at the ITF Grade 3 tournament in Pretoria today.

Quadre, who hasn’t dropped a set so far, kept up her impressive form to thrash Tunisia’s Feryel Ben hassen 6-0, 6-2 and move into the singles final.

Ben hassen, winner of two ITF Junior titles last year, had moved into the semifinals this week without the loss of a set. Today, however, she didn’t have any answers to Quadre’s sensational play.

For the title on Friday, Quadre will take on Nahia Berecoechea of France, who defeated top seed, Yasmine Kabbaj 6-4, 6-4.

In the doubles category, Quadre and Loudili continued their brilliant partnership with a 7-5, 7-6(2) victory over Nahia Berecoechea and Delien Kleinhans to reach the final.

The duo will play Morocco’s Sara Akid and Yasmine Kabbaj for the doubles title on Friday.
