The duo of Oyinlomo Quadre and Adesuwa Osabuohein produced a flawless performance to thrash the Kenyan pair of Faith Omurunga and Alicia Owegi and reach the semifinals of the women’s doubles at the African Games in Rabat today.

Quadre and Osabuohein team up excellently and got everything right on the day, as they blew away the Kenyans 6-0, 6-0 to make the semis.

The Nigerian duo have been very impressive so far in the doubles event, earlier defeating the Tunisian pair of Chiraz Bechiri and Feryel Ben Hassen 6-3, 6-2.

For a place in the final, the Nigerians will take on Sandra Abdelsalam and Lamis Salama of Egypt, who defeated the Moroccan pair of Rita Atik and Ziouti 6-3, 6-4.
