An officiating course, run by the International Tennis Federation National Officiation School in Abuja, will be held for umpires at the National Tennis Centre, Abuja from 4-7 April.
State tennis association and tennis club that are affiliated to the Nigeria Tennis Federation will have participants in the training program.
The selection process will done through a screening exercise, which will see twenty-five (25) of the most qualified persons partake in the training course.
Course materials will be given to participants, and certificates will also be awarded at the end of the national school.
